DIY: Christmas Center Piece

I love making things. So I got this great idea that I'm going to start featuring a "Do It Yourself" post weekly on the blog! So this Christmas I got the idea that I should be making the center pieces for our family christmas dinner this coming Saturday. I got this fun idea to use jars and fill them with pine and holly branches. Anyway a good way to give the jars a vintage look to them is wrap them in yarn or with lace! It is a fun and simple thing to do...and very inexpensive (woot woot for inexpensive!! We all love cute cheap stuff!) All you really need is a hot glue gun, string, jars, buttons, pine or holly branches, and a some good old inspiration! (Also I would quickly like to take a moment to express how much I love my hot glue gun (i use it often!) My family always buys a real christmas tree so I just cut a few pine branches off of it, and there's a holly bush right in our front yard! I hope you enjoy!
